POGI is the ecosystem utility and governance token, which benefits Pogi holders in these ways:

Staking POGI: grants multiple benefits from the platform, including

a. Generate passive USDC and POGI income through platform and transaction fees

b. Have a ‘weekly’ drop of a treasure box

c. Raffle tickets

Governance token: POGI tokens are used to vote on decisions in the simplest form of governance. To facilitate platform governance voting, we use tools such as Aragon (https://aragon.org/). With little complexity, we can seamlessly integrate voting and further reward participants with experience, exclusive access, and treasure chests.

While experience and leveling are gained from phase 1, Xperts are integrated into the voting phase later on. Both platform and project governance voting will be optimized. It will enable weighted voting for a specific component in a project (IT, art, marketing).

For example, someone passionate about Art, who has completed many tasks in that component, will carry more weight than someone who specializes in Mechanics but has the same number of governance tokens (POGI). Therefore, specialists in a specific component will have a greater say than those with less experience, and decisions will be made more effectively.

Governance of the project wallet, treasury, community funds, and other asset-related decisions will be achieved using a multisign wallet on Gnosis Safe (https://gnosis-safe.io/) to eliminate one-point failures and safeguard funds.

Special benefits: Receive exclusive opportunities, early access, and priority to events. In addition, users and projects can access additional features for their platform management, including a professional dashboard, expert recommendations, and data analytics.

Payment token for reduced transaction fees: To offer flexibility, a slider will be added, allowing the player to choose an immediate payment in USDC, Pogi, or a ratio of both. By offering a 100% POGI payout with a low or no fee, we can organically encourage players to choose a higher POGI payout while allowing flexibility.
