Pamogi is an online, crowd-working platform where people from all over the world, regardless of their background, can work and get paid. Unlike existing sites such as Fiverr or Upwork, the Pamogi platform does not require the project owner to know what they want/need beforehand. Other people in the Pamogi Universe can help the project owner improve their ideas, make suggestions or introduce them to relevant people. For every input validated by the project owner, a reward is given. The input can be divided into three groups: suggestions, introductions, and tasks. The input will initially be visible only to the project owner and the contributor who put it. After validation by the project owner, it will be visible to everyone.

The project owner needs to define at the creation of the project what reward will be given for a suggestion or introduction. Tasks are different, as there can be large variations between small and big tasks. At the creation of a task, the project owner can define the reward. If a player feels that a task is not well remunerated, they can contact the project owner for a better reward before accepting the task.

Suggestions: Receiving positive feedback on your idea, suggestions for improvements, or the next steps can be worth a lot. Providing an incentive will encourage contributors from around the world to collaborate. Due to this, project owners will receive a wide variety of input. Sometimes a slight twist in your idea can distinguish your success or failure. As a project owner, you are sometimes so deep in the subject you lose the broader perspective. Others can help you to see it from a distance again.

Introductions: Finding the right person for a task or suggestion can be difficult. It can take months. So, the sooner a project owner can find the people he/she needs, the better. Especially where budgets and timing is concerned. Generally, doing introductions to people to find the right matches isn’t rewarded. But if it would be, more people would make introductions and the right people would be easier to find. In the Pamogi Universe, you can receive a personal link to do introductions to others. Tasks: Getting tasks achieved can be difficult for someone with an idea. Perhaps they lack the experience or tools to accomplish it. With Pamogi, an entrepreneur can create a task for any person to complete, making collaboration more straightforward. The person that completes the tasks satisfactorily will be remunerated.
