Contributors
MOGI: A Mogi contributor wants to get involved and help develop a project. The project owner will decide what kind of reward/payment will be provided to contributors. Free market forces will determine what rewards are offered per task or suggestion. The amount depends on the project owner, there will be no minimum or maximum. When a MOGI completes a task he will automatically receive payment and experience points. The level of a certain player is comparable with the ‘experience’ they have. The player has an experience on account level relative to the number of contributions/commits/votes they have made across all projects. More importantly, the skill-based experience points will be assigned in domains, depending on how the player has participated (marketing, finance, logistics). Different colors will be added to the MOGI’s armor as it ascends in the ranks. There will also be chances for the MOGI to earn additional items, which will allow them to receive perks.
MOGI Xpert: There are two ways for a MOGI to become a MOGI Xpert, KYC, and non-KYC MOGIs. An Xpert is a player who has linked their LinkedIn profile or earned enough experience points in a specific proficiency (skill) to be considered an expert. Creating a KYC profile and linking it to your LinkedIn account is the quickest way to become an expert. The skills will be verified thus giving the MOGI Xpert the relevant experience in their profile. However, the experience obtained will only be in the subject that the profile indicates. A MOGI will have different colors corresponding to different experience levels. The incentive to become an Xpert is having a wider pool of tasks. Some project owners will want experienced players to handle certain tasks. Xpert votes will differ in weight based on their expertise, thus giving a higher weight to topics where the Xpert is an expert.
MOGI Assistant: It will be possible for project owners to delegate responsibilities to any MOGI they deem suitable based on their history, qualifications, or how well they assist the project. Mogi Assistants will be remunerated as the Project owner considers appropriate. In addition, project assistants can add to their profiles which projects they have helped. Assistants can validate and create tasks.
MOGI Judge: Only Xperts can become MOGI Judges. Judges resolve disputes between MOGIs and task creators. To become a MOGI Judge, the specialist must stake POGI in the JUDGE staking pool. Staking rewards may be reduced if the judge acts in bad faith. A player’s Judge status will be revoked.
