Project Owners

Any individual or group wanting to create a project can use the Pamogi platform. For the project to become a reality, the project owner (PO) will create a task or ask for suggestions from contributors or specialists. Tasks will indicate what is needed and the amount being paid upon completion.

A task creator can indicate what level of player and which type of experience or competencies is preferred for the assigned work. A task will also be visible to players with qualified experience in the requested field, showing a specific task on the news feed of a Mogi Xpert of that domain (see chapter Contributor - Mogi Xpert).

The money to be paid upon completion will be placed in escrow. Once the task is completed, the project owner will validate it and pay the contributor. As the project grows, project owners can assign authority to contributors they deem most suitable to help them. In the event of a dispute between the project owner and the contributor, a claim can be filed. When the claim is submitted, it is up to the judge to determine to whom it should be granted.

The Pamogi platform will charge 3% of every transaction made, and contributors can be paid using USDC, pIOU, Pogi, or xPogi (see chapter Tokenomics).
